This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made with Phearsain. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.
Limited Drop Fulfillment Policy
All products sold are limited-release or collectible items produced in small quantities. Inventory is allocated immediately upon successful checkout.
Due to the limited nature of our drops:

Orders cannot be modified, combined, edited, or expedited after purchase.

Shipping methods cannot be changed once selected.

Sold-out items will not be restocked unless explicitly stated.
All sales are subject to inventory verification and fraud review.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
We reserve the right to extend processing times due to:

High-volume drops
-
Inventory reconciliation
-
Fraud prevention screening
-
Operational delays beyond our control
Submitting an order does not guarantee shipment if fraud risk is detected.
Shipping Liability & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier
-
Lost packages
-
Stolen packages
-
Packages marked as delivered
-
Carrier-related damages
-
Delivery exceptions or routing errors
Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues once tracking confirms shipment.
If available at checkout, purchasing shipping protection is strongly recommended.
If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and complete.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of shipment or delivery.
If tracking shows “Delivered”:

The order is considered successfully fulfilled.

No replacement or refund will be issued.
Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.
We may provide shipping documentation upon request, but we are not obligated to replace limited inventory items.
Damaged Shipments
If an item arrives damaged due to carrier handling:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation with:

Order number

Clear photographs of the exterior packaging

Clear photographs of the damaged item
Failure to report within 48 hours voids eligibility for review.
If verified, we reserve sole discretion to provide:

A replacement (if inventory remains available), or
-
Store credit
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued where required by applicable law.
Due to limited quantities, replacement inventory may not be available.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses

Missing apartment or unit numbers

Undeliverable packages due to address errors
Orders cannot be changed after submission.
If a package is returned due to customer error:

Reshipping fees must be paid before reshipment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If reshipment is declined, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion minus applicable fees.
International Orders
International customers are fully responsible for:

Import taxes

Brokerage fees

Any additional destination-country charges
We are not responsible for customs delays or confiscations.
If a package is refused due to unpaid duties:

The customer is responsible for return shipping and associated carrier fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refused, Abandoned, or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, abandoned, or unclaimed:

We are not obligated to issue a refund.

Any store credit issued will be at our sole discretion.

Return shipping and carrier fees will be deducted.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to ship caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God
Chargeback Protection
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons inconsistent with this policy may constitute a breach of these terms.
We reserve the right to:

Submit tracking confirmation, delivery confirmation, and this policy to your payment provider

Deny future purchases

Pursue recovery of disputed funds where permitted by law
Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge that:
