This Return Policy applies to all purchases made with Phearsain. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the limited, collectible, and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges except as expressly stated in this policy.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All products are sold on a final sale basis.

  • You have reviewed all product descriptions, images, measurements, and details prior to purchase.

  • No returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations will be permitted once checkout is completed.

  • Inventory is produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.

This policy applies to all products sold through our Shopify store unless otherwise explicitly stated on a specific product page.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. Please review your cart carefully prior to completing checkout.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, email hello@phearsain.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Upon verification of the issue, we reserve the sole discretion to:

  • Offer a replacement (if inventory is available), or

  • Issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the affected item

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and may be issued only where required by applicable law.

We do not guarantee replacement availability due to limited production quantities.

Shipping Liability

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier-related damages

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues once tracking confirms shipment.

If available at checkout, purchasing shipping protection is strongly recommended.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Final Sale and Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons that violate this policy may be considered a breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Submit this policy and order confirmation records to your payment provider

  • Restrict or refuse future purchases from customers who initiate improper disputes

Compliance with Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. If local law requires a refund or remedy, we will comply with such legal obligations.
